8/6/2025 Update
Beginning on Thursday, 8/7/2025 – All traffic seeking to enter the Taylorville Food Center will enter and exit in the two driveways on the SOUTH SIDE of the property on the newly paved West Franklin Street. South Madison from Market to Franklin INCLUDING BOTH OF THOSE INTERSECTIONS will be closed; Market Street from Shumway to South Madison and South Simpson Street from Market to Franklin will be closed. Keep in mind that the only way to enter Taylorville Food Center will be on West Franklin coming from Shumway Street.
7/18/25 Update
Progress on Project – Starting to pour curb and sidewalks in the Madison and Franklin area. ABC Monogram on Shumway – please enter on the East side of building. Thank you for your patience.
7/11/2025
There will be a road closure of Franklin Street starting at the intersection of Shumway traveling east on Franklin through Simpson to Madison closure will begin at 7 AM Monday, 14 for the duration of the road restoration work. We will provide updates as the work progress.
The Taylorville food Center is open and accessible during this project.
