Andy Goodall is in charge of enforcing all ordinances concerning the health of the City, including growth of plants and weeds, dangerous buildings, garbage, refuse, wrecked or abandoned vehicles, scavengers and other duties assigned by the Mayor.
Andy is also in charge of Animal Control for the City of Taylorville.
